Study On Construction Quality Control Of Double Block Ballastless Track For A High Speed Railway

The transportation field of high-speed railway is one of the advanced productive forces is very important,at present,China's high-speed railway started using ballastless track,slab track construction technology of China's high-speed railway and passenger dedicated line with the development and maturity of its orbit,stability,durability and safety is more and more high.The implementation of process quality control to ensure that the product quality standards,in order to speed up the operation of high-speed train safety performance and future maintenance of the track to lay a solid foundation.This paper collected at home and abroad on the double block ballastless track and construction quality control related research,literature review,and then the basic theory and control method of quality management theory,as the theoretical basis for research.Analysis of double block ballastless track construction control points including track control network surveying and ballastless track bed construction,no construction contents of ballast bed including bearing layer,end needling and anchoring steel pin,bridge concrete base,isolation layer,elastic cushion and concrete slab.In a high iron content control in the construction of engineering projects including quality inspection and control system,set up quality control,control engineering "witness" and "gradation quality control content,production factors affecting the project construction quality including human resources,raw materials,machinery and equipment elements elements,environmental elements and construction methods of elements.Non production factors affecting the project construction quality and schedule factors including policy factors.The construction period management has always been a dynamic process in the construction of high speed railway construction projects.The initial period of construction deviates from the actual period of work.It is affected by various factors during the construction process,and the time limit is very difficult to control.The quality,progress and cost of construction projects can not be reasonably controlled.Therefore,although the high speed rail construction standard is very high,its economy needs to be evaluated reasonably The duration of the project is directly influenced by the cost of the project,the total amount of investment,the quality of the construction and the rational allocation of resources.From this we can see that the continuous optimization and control of construction period is very important for owners,design,supervision and construction units.Finally,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the construction quality control of a high speed railway project.
