Abstract:Bi-block ballastless track is one of the major structural types of ballastless track re-innovated by China after implement of technology import, digestion and assimilation. With features such as good integrality, strong adaptability, explicit technical principle and relatively simple construction procedure, it has been widely used in China high-speed railway constructions like main tracks, arrival-departure tracks, long and big tunnels. This article adopted methods of field survey, technical analysis and site test to research quality management and control methods of bi-block ballastless track based on the CRTS I type adopted in Changsha-Kunming section of Shanghai-Kunming high-speed railway.(1) This article had drawn a conclusion of the representative defects during the construction process after summarizing the development situation and current construction management situation of CRTS I type bi-block ballastless track both domestic and overseas.(2) Taking the tool rail method as an example, this article had summarized and refined the key points of quality control in the construction.(3) This article obtained the main causes of cracks of Bi-block ballastless track, and there out put forward the construction technology methods of inhibiting cracks on the roadbed plate after lots of surveys and studies based on analyzing the cause of cracks occurred both domestic and abroad.(4) Base on lots of site surveys and analysis, this article obtained the main factors affecting the accuracy of bi-block ballastless track construction, and thus put forward the technology methods of improving the accuracy of bi-block ballastless track construction.The research result might offer a reference for the quality management of CRTS I type bi-block ballastless track construction.
