Electric power is an essential element in production and people's daily life,it also plays a very important role in the development of economy and society.With the extensive application of intelligent and digital technology in the distribution network,the distribution network of power supply enterprises is developing towards the direction of intelligence,thus the operation and maintenance of the power network is also developing towards the direction of integration,which puts forward new and higher requirements for the operation and maintenance management of power equipment of power supply companies.State Grid Guanxian Power Supply Company responded positively to the call of national smart grid construction,the distribution network intelligent power equipment construction,construction of digital power distribution network management direction has made great progress,but the company's operations management did not keep up with the pace of the company's distribution network construction,thus lead to enterprise high operational cost,unsatisfactory operational efficiency and a lower work enthusiasm of operations staff,thus buried a hidden danger to the future development of the enterprise.In order to systematically analyze the problems existing in the operation and maintenance management of the State Grid Guanxian Power Supply Company,and improve the efficiency and level of enterprise operation and maintenance management.This paper,based on the theory of equipment management and maintenance management,refers to the analysis framework of"organization-personnel-technology",comprehensively uses interview and questionnaire survey methods to analyze the existed problems in the operation and maintenance management of the State Grid Guanxian Power Supply Company,then the corresponding improvement measures are put forward.Firstly,the paper summarizes the relevant theories,including equipment management theory,operation and maintenance management theory,reliability theory,etc Secondly,it introduces the basic situation of the State Grid Guanxian Power Supply Company and its operation and maintenance management.Secondly,we investigate the operation and maintenance managers and personnels in the State Grid Guanxian Power Supply Company by interviews,and investigate the customers of the State Grid Guanxian Power Supply Company by questionnaires.By combining the results of the survey from the organization and personnel,we find out the problems existing in the operation and maintenance management of the State Grid Guanxian Power Supply Company under the framework of organization-personnel-technology,and analyze the causes of these problems;Then we establish the principles of operation and maintenance management improvement for the State Grid Guanxian Power Supply Company,and put forward specific improvement suggestions from three aspects of organization,personnel and technology;Finally,put forward the improvement of operation and maintenance management of the State Grid Guanxian Power Supply Company.Suggestions for the smooth implementation of safeguardsThis study provides theoretical guidance for the Shandong Guanxian Power Supply Company to improve its operation and maintenance management of power equipment and distribution network.At the same time,the conclusions of this paper also provide reference for the same type of domestic power supply enterprises to improve the operation and maintenance management of distribution network.
