With the increasing role of urban rail vehicles in urban rail transit,the requirements for vehicle operation stability are getting higher and higher,and the shortcomings of the existing urban rail vehicle management system are also becoming more and more obvious.For example,there are problems such as low information transmission efficiency,high information error rate,high data repetition rate,inconsistent data format standards in terms of rail vehicle data collection and delivery,and problems such as failure analysis was not deep enough,search method for hidden troubles is too single,and maintenance procedure was too fixed in the aspect of rail vehicle fault analysis.These problems were solved by constructing an intelligent urban rail vehicle operation and maintenance integrated management system with rail vehicle operation and maintenance data collection function and rail vehicle operation data secondary calculation function in this thesis,mainly to complete the design of the principle basis required in the system construction process.To design urban rail vehicle operation and maintenance data collection function,firstly,the source and classification of rail vehicle operation and maintenance data are analyzed in detail,split data forms and merge similar data items while maintaining the overall classification framework,then add electronic report and plan management module that can effectively concatenate individual data modules,and determine the functional structure of the final data collection and collation module to achieve one-time entry of work data,improve workflow,optimize work traceability,avoid data conflicts,and improve work efficiency.The urban rail vehicle operation data secondary calculation function redesigned the fault report processing flow,and added rigorous fault analysis steps.The fault analysis method used was improved based on the conventional FMECA analysis method,combined with the FTA method and the failure rate graph method.The improved fault analysis method can significantly improve the indepth analysis of fault data,accurately reflect the rail vehicle component status and fault trend,and develop the most suitable treatment plan accordingly.Taking the traction system fault data of a subway project as the object,the actual calculation and verification was carried out using the analysis method,and the effectiveness of the method was determined.
