Research On Distribution Network Planning Based On Grid And Its Application In Chuzhou Power Grid

With the rapid development of the social economy,the demand for electricity continues to rise,and the society has higher and higher requirements for power quality and power supply reliability.The scale of the regional medium voltage distribution network is getting larger and larger,and the distribution operation problems are more and more due to the imperfect structure of the distribution network.In recent years,the power grid company has carried out large-scale power grid transformation,power equipment renewal and construction of distribution network automation.However,the causes of the distribution network problem are complicated and it is still difficult to solve the problem fundamentally.In recent years,scholars and institutions at home and abroad have proposed the planning and construction of power grids by optimizing the power supply of districts,improving the power supply and reliability of grids,and achieving remarkable results.Taking Jinniuhu Lake New District Distribution Network Planning as an example,this paper introduces in detail the methods,steps and ideas based on “gridized” distribution network planning,and adopts DSMT according to the basic conditions of Jinniu New District economic development,industrial policy and urban construction.The power gridding(hierarchy)model meshes the regions.Based on the economic and social development status,development goals,land use planning and industrial layout of Jinniuhu New District,the current situation of high and medium voltage distribution network in the planning area is analyzed,and the problems existing in the emerging distribution network are summarized,and the distribution is adapted.Network construction guidance.According to the relevant planning guidelines,policy requirements and measurement methods,the grid is used as the basic unit for the spatial load forecast of the long-term annual saturated load and its transition year,and then the research on the location,constant volume,and power supply range of the near and final substation And the substation construction sequence,determine the plan for the actual distribution map of the grid to the ideal distribution map of the grid,according to the priority and the scale of funds,make overall arrangements,comprehensive balance,ensure that the grid construction can be carried out in an orderly manner,and guide the scientific layout of the distribution network of Jinniu Lake New Area.
