Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has developed rapidly.In the process of sustainable development of China's economy,the process of user electricity information collection is gradually standardized,which plays a basic role in guaranteeing the power marketing.At present,it has become a key research field of State Grid corporation to establish a unified electric energy information acquisition system by information technology.As a subsidiary of The State Grid Corporation of China,Deyang Power Supply Company has been actively exploring in this field under the relevant requirements of the State Grid for the collection of users' electricity information.This paper selects the power consumption information collection and analysis of Deyang Power supply Company as the research object,deeply analyzes the current situation of the power consumption information collection of this power supply company,concludes the limitations of the existing power consumption information collection methods and means,and defines the main content of this paper and the problems to be solved.Then,the concepts,technical specifications and communication modes related to electricity information collection are expounded,and the core technology of system development is analyzed in detail.SSH framework and MVC three-layer technical architecture,which are relatively convenient and efficient,are selected to be developed at present.Then according to the characteristics of deyang power supply company user utilization information management and work requirements,the demand analysis of the system in detail,the use of the software requirements analysis tools,UML modeling analysis,according to different user roles,determine the corresponding user needs,and from two aspects: technical and economic analysis of the feasibility of the system implementation,and provide the basis for the design of the system.The system combined with the power supply company standards require electric power marketing system,the user electricity information acquisition and analysis in the process of electric power marketing work process standardization,and then USES the three layers of MVC mode in software to design of system,realized the user electricity information acquisition and analysis system of six functions: electricity data acquisition,operation management,data analysis,measurement,statistical queryon-line monitoring and system maintenance and management.In the development process of the system,a more popular B/S architecture is used,the developed language is JAVA,the database implementation is using SQL Server,the system is developed in accordance with the standard framework,enhanced the scalability of the system.After a period of trial operation,the system overall performance is good,the successful implementation of the system,both to the specification of deyang power supply company user electricity information acquisition process,and can carry on the analysis summary to collect data,to provide reference for power marketing data,makes the company's marketing to enhance the work efficiency.
