Design And Application Of Electric Power Information Collection System In Jilin Area

The power information collection system guarantees that users can accurately query their own power data and meet their own energy needs through the collection,processing and real-time monitoring of power users ’power information.The system can link local power grids to local users and promote social development through the exchange and sharing of information.In this paper,the research of power users’ electricity information acquisition system is mainly discussed from the substation main station,communication network and terminal module.The substation main station belongs to the core area of the substation system and needs to set up firewall protection system and public network security.The communication network needs to be built on the basis of J2 EE platform and distributed along with it.The multi-tier structure mainly covers four parts: presentation layer,application layer,service layer and data layer.The terminal module can collect and collate the data information involved in the system,and then provide accurate data support for system decision-making and risk aversion.Taking Jilin electric power users’ electricity information acquisition system as an example,this paper studies the transformation of the power grid and the application effect of the telecommunication acquisition system.Through the verification of Jilin electric power system,it can be concluded that Jilin electric power supply company can get 10725 yuan annual profit from loss reduction management in 2017 compared with 2016.The analysis of line loss management in Hefei Power Supply Station and Yongji County Power Supply Station from 2016 to 2017 shows that reasonable use of data acquisition system and time analysis line data can effectively reduce line loss,not only greatly improve the efficiency of fault detection and verification,reduce the workload of grass-roots staff,and ensure the normal and stable operation of Jilin power grid.At the same time,it can effectively reduce the line loss rate and save more daily operation and management costs for Jilin electric power enterprises.Through the research on the collection system of Jilin City electric power users ’power information system,this paper is helpful to the transformation of local electric power projects,and can also speed up the construction of intelligent power grids between regions,and provide effective support for the calculation of social and economic values through the analysis of data.
