| With the development of the enterprise,the scale of the enterprise is gradually expanding.The development of the employees through the enterprise culture has gradually become an important driving force for the development of the enterprise,and the enterprise culture has gradually become an important part of the core competitiveness of the enterprise.Architectural design company is an intelligence intensive industry,which has higher requirements for the creativity and technicality of employees.For the management of such companies,in addition to the necessary material security,they also need these talents to be able to identify with the value of the enterprise and maintain high satisfaction and loyalty to the enterprise.GH architectural design company is a private design unit in the forefront of regional comprehensive ranking.At present,GH architectural design company has established corporate culture,but the current corporate culture needs to be further improved in supporting the transformation and development of learning organization of enterprises.Therefore,this paper takes GH architectural design company as the research object,evaluates the current corporate culture construction of GH company,analyzes the shortcomings and reasons,and puts forward the improvement scheme of learning enterprise culture construction of GH company,which has certain reference value for GH company and similar companies.This paper takes GH company as the research object to study the corporate culture construction of GH company.First of all,this paper studies the theory of corporate culture and learning organization.Based on the analysis of the current situation of corporate culture construction of GH company,this paper constructs the index system and method of corporate culture evaluation of GH company.Based on material culture,behavior culture,system culture and spiritual culture,this paper designs 23 indicators to evaluate the corporate culture construction of GH company.Secondly,based on the corporate culture evaluation index system of GH company,this paper evaluates the corporate culture of GH company with AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.From the evaluation results.At present,the overall score of GH company’s corporate culture is not high,which indicates that the construction of GH company’s corporate culture needs to be further strengthened.Thirdly,based on the evaluation results of GH company’s corporate culture,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of GH company’s corporate culture.From the perspective of material and cultural construction,the scores of learning and innovation atmosphere,learning and innovation environment,scheme innovation and service innovation are relatively low.From the perspective of behavior culture construction,GH company needs to further strengthen the frontier knowledge learning,team overall thinking,team reflection,learning and communication between the team and its members.From the perspective of institutional culture construction,knowledge sharing mechanism and performance incentive need to be further strengthened.From the perspective of spiritual and cultural construction,the concept of lifelong learning needs to be further emphasized,and the common vision needs to be further coordinated between enterprises and employees.The main reason for these problems is that the thinking of learning enterprise culture construction is not clear,and the lack of a complete learning enterprise culture construction mechanism.Finally,combining with the theory of learning organization,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and guarantee measures to strengthen the construction of learning enterprise culture in GH company.The research in this paper will help GH company to further improve the construction of learning enterprise culture,and provide reference for other similar companies to build corporate culture. |
