| Corporate culture is the soul of an enterprise and the inexhaustible power to promote its development.It is a general term for the style,code of conduct and common ideal formed in the long-term development process of the enterprise.Its core is the spirit and values of the enterprise,which can stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of employees,and enhance the direction and cohesion of the enterprise.With the deepening of the reform of market economy system in China,wk company is facing many problems of management reform.At the same time,corporate culture increasingly reflects its important influence.Therefore,how to strengthen the construction of corporate culture and promote the rapid and steady development of wk company has important theoretical and practical significance.This paper sorted out the connotation,structure,function and construction system of corporate culture,summarized the achievements and related theories in the field of corporate culture construction at home and abroad,and studied the actual situation of corporate culture construction of wk Company.First of all,questionnaire survey and field interview were used to investigate the staff of wk company from the four main levels of corporate culture construction,such as spirit,behavior,system and material.Through the collation and analysis of the survey data,this paper grasped the basic status of wk company’s corporate culture construction,discussed and analyzed the main problems existing in the construction of wk company’s corporate culture,and deeply analyzed the causes of the problems by using literature research and case study.The conclusion is as follows: wk company has one-sided understanding of corporate culture,lack of innovation awareness,imperfect system culture and low employee participation;the communication mode is simple,typical and personal training are ignored,and an effective communication platform is not built The main reasons for the above problems include: some grass-roots employees fail to understand the significance of cultural construction correctly,lack of professional and relevant personnel,continuation of traditional conservative culture,impetuous thinking ofemployees in the reform period,lack of effective and reliable communication carriers,lack of typical training work in place,lack of high-level attention to corporate culture construction,etc.Based on the above investigation and analysis results,the overall scheme design of corporate culture construction is carried out,and the optimization scheme of wk company’s corporate culture construction is put forward from the four levels of spiritual layer,system layer,behavior layer and material layer.At the spiritual level,we should vigorously publicize the corporate culture,strengthen the promotion of typical tree selection and strengthen the cultivation of corporate culture talents;at the institutional level,we should improve and implement the performance appraisal system,establish the "three vertical and two horizontal" career growth channels,build the three-level cultural responsibility system and establish the system culture review mechanism;at the behavioral level,we should plan cultural activities in depth and develop employees Personal credit card.At the material level,the management network information platform should be built to guide the employees’ behavior through the influence of enterprise culture imperceptibly.Finally,the implementation guarantee of enterprise culture construction optimization scheme should be put forward from the aspects of strengthening the organizational guarantee of enterprise culture construction,strengthening the propaganda and mobilization,strengthening the improvement and promotion of enterprise culture,strengthening the control and enrichment of employees’ ideological dynamics,etc. |
