Microwave power transmission(MPT)is an important direction of future wireless power transmission.The inconveniences of traditional cable will be changed.When the environment is not suitable for cabling,it can power equipment.It will become a good complement to traditional wired transmission and bring great convenience to people's lives.MPT has been applied in the fields of radio frequency identification,wireless sensor networks,robotics and unmanned aerial vehicles.MPT includes transmitter and receiver.The receiver is mainly composed of a rectenna,which is composed of a receiving antenna and a rectifier.Receiver can affect the MPT system performance.The research on the receiving antenna and the rectifier circuit has positive significance for the development of microwave energy transmission.The main contents of the thesis are as follows:According to the application of the equipment,Three dual-band antennas working at 3.5GHz and 5.8GHz are designed by the HFSS according to the needs and environment.Analyze and optimize the structural parameters that affect the performance of the antenna to obtain the optimal size of the dual-band antenna.Dual-band antennas have simple structures,which can effectively reduce the size of the system.Finally,the design of the antenna was verified through processing tests.Introduces the principle of the rectifier and select the diode according to the requirements.ADS was used to simulate common rectifier and class-F rectifier.The harmonic suppression network and impedance matching network of the rectifier are designed and the simulated data is analyzed.A new dual-frequency charge pump rectifier is designed on this basis.After simulation analysis of the dual-frequency rectifier circuit,the theoretical efficiency of the rectifier circuit at 3.5GHz and 5.8GHz both exceeded 73%.The results show that the rectifier circuit achieves good performance.After the joint simulation of the schematic and the layout,the results of processing tests on the rectifier circuit show that its efficiency at 3.5GHz and 5.8GHz are 71.8% and 52.9%,respectively.
