With the development of society,the wired power transmission has been unable to meet the needs of society,so the WPT is being paid more attention.Because of the advantages of the large range of distance,and being not easily affected by environment,MPT has become one of the most important research directions of WPT.According to the requirements of design indices of the microwave wireless power supply system,designing high transmission efficiency system as the goal,to analyze and research the structure and transmission efficiency of the system,on this basis,C band microwave wireless power supply system is designed.Firstly,ADF4106 is chosen as the core circuit.The integrated chip V940ME30 is chosen as the external VCO.The loop filter is designed.The phase locked synthesizer is composed to produce C band microwave signal.The system lock time is 15?s and the signal phase noise is less than-80 d Bc/Hz.The microwave signal's power is amplified by the two stage power drive amplifier chips HMC407 and HMC1086F10.In the ADS2014 simulation,the power is about 6W and the overall gain of power amplification is 53 d B.Secondly,the circularly polarized rectangular microstrip antenna is chosen as the antenna to receive the microwave.The length and width of the antennas in the 5.8GHz is calculated by the transfer mode approximation method.And antenna is simulated and optimized.The HSMS-286 B is chosen as the rectifier diode whose simulation model is set up in the ADS2014,and completes the impedance matching according the simulation.According to the design indices,a low pass filter is designed and optimized,which makes it hinder the higher harmonic.The overall simulation model of rectifier antennas is set up,which gets a rectifier antennas system working at 5.8GHz.In the simulation,the conversion efficiency of the rectifier circuit is 74.42%.Finally,the wireless power supply system is built,using a 100? resistance instead of moving object and 0.229 V voltage is received,which verifies the feasibility of this design.
