With the continuous breakthrough development of sensor acquisition technology,network transmission technology and computer analysis technology,the real-time monitoring equipment and theory of the bridge in operation are becoming more and more perfect.However,how to effectively use the rea l-time response information collected by the health monitoring system to evaluate the operation status of the bridge in a simple,rapid and accurate manner has been a hot topic in the current research.In this paper,the composition,functions and evaluation methods of large bridge monitoring systems at home and abroad are comprehensively studied and analyzed.Taking the structural health monitoring system of a truss arch bridge as an example,the design and construction of the structural health monitoring system,the response information collected in real time and the structural performance are systematically studied.The main research contents are as follows:1)Analysis of the structure characteristics of composite truss arch bridge,the analysis of domestic and foreign large-scale monitoring system and conventional monitoring system,puts the structure suited to the characteristics of the composite truss arch bridge structure health monitoring system,based on the selection of monitoring items,measuring point position,and a detailed study of optimum arrangement,etc.2)Analyzed and summarized common system failures and data anomalies in the installed structural health monitoring system,and proposed corresponding judgment and treatment methods.At the same time,the real-time data collected were preprocessed and analyzed to study the changing rules,and the actual load conditions in the operation process of the bridge were obtained.At the same time,through the analysis of the correlation between the mo nitoring data,the stress characteristics of the truss arch bridge are analyzed,and the main factors affecting the structural reliability of the truss arch bridge are determined.3)Modify the original finite element model established according to the dra wing based on the measured dynamic characteristics data of the structure,and obtain the reference finite element model in line with the actual state of the bridge,so as to make it an auxiliary means to evaluate the structural state.4)Combined with the structure characteristics of composite truss arch bridge and monitoring system for monitoring the key,the relevance theory and reliability theory in the applicability of the structural damage identification and condition assessment,and through the analysis of various factors affecting the structural reliability under the carrying capacity of the bridge structure,decision factors of failure cases of bridge structure and finally puts forward custody Suggestions suited to the characteristics of the composite truss arch bridge structure. |
