| Building an ecological civilization is a thousand-year plan for the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.As a high energy consuming industry,the construction industry has been taking up a large proportion of social energy consumption for a long time.Among the building materials,the largest proportion of concrete materials,as non-renewable resources,does not meet the needs of social development.In 2016,the state council issued guidelines on vigorously developing green prefab buildings to further reform the construction industry.As a building material with high recycling rate,steel is in line with the requirements of green building development.In addition,wood,as a renewable resource,is also an inevitable trend in the application of architecture.However,due to the high strength of steel,the steel thickness is small in the application,which is prone to instability under pressure.Low wood strength,the application of wood section area,occupying the use of the building area.In this paper,the mechanical properties of steel-wood composite special-shaped column were studied.In this paper,with the eccentricity moment,bolt diameter and bolt spacing as variables,the compression test of steel and wood composite special-shaped columns connected by six sets of bolts was carried out.The load strain curve,load vertical displacement curve and load horizontal displacement curve of steel and wood composite special-shaped column are obtained by test.The failure process and failure form of steel and wood composite special-shaped column were analyzed by the experimental phenomena and data,and the failure mechanism of steel and wood composite special-shaped column was further obtained.The results show that the steel and wood composite special-shaped column conforms to the assumption of flat section,and the two materials have good cooperative deformation capacity and excellent combination effect.The wood in the steel and wood composite special-shaped column has a great constraint on the deformation of steel.The load-strain process of the specimen is divided into three stages: elastic stage,elastic-plastic stage and failure stage.Due to the existence of wood,the specimen hasgood bearing capacity and deformation capacity in the elastic-plastic stage.The failure of specimens showed ductile failure,and the deformation of wood and steel was large.In addition,in the case of the same bolt spacing,the larger the bolt diameter,the lower the ultimate bearing capacity will be;in the case of the same bolt diameter,the greater the bolt spacing,the smaller the elastic ultimate load at the position of the column web.In this paper,the theoretical calculation methods of cross section and load decomposition method,the transformed section method and superposition method,without considering the two columns under the action of limb influence each other,translate the timber to steel,according to the one-way hydraulic components are calculated,its bearing capacity,further,considering the stability coefficient and coefficient of combination,adopt,in accordance with the test results and theoretical value,to determine the size.Finally,in order to apply in prefabricated building,this paper puts forward the optimization scheme of steel and wood composite special-shaped column,and further,puts forward the joint connection mode of prefabricated building.The optimized steel and wood composite special-shaped column has beautiful appearance and reasonable design.In order to make the steel and wood composite special-shaped column in the prefabricated building application plays some role. |
