The Dajingmen ancient wall is located in Qiaodong District,Zhangjiakou City,with Qingshuihe River in the East.It is rated as a national key cultural relics protection unit.The ancient city wall culture has a long history.The ancient city wall handed down from ancient times is the precious wealth of our people.The research on the ancient city wall is helpful to the protection of the existing ancient city wall.1?In this paper,the finite element software ANSYS will be used to analyze the earthquake resistance of dajingmen city wall.First of all,through on-site investigation and mapping,we can understand the structural form,preservation status and specific structural dimensions of the ancient city wall.Obtain the wall material,green brick and rammed earth in the field,and carry out the necessary mechanical property test to obtain the basic mechanical parameters of the wall material to provide the necessary material data for the numerical analysis.2?Then,the finite element model is established,and the static analysis,modal analysis,seismic response spectrum analysis and instantaneous dynamic analysis are carried out to get the natural frequency and vibration mode of the city wall and the dynamic response of the structure under the earthquake load.Three observation points are selected to coMPare the dynamic response of the gate opening of the city wall and the node at the enemy platform.The results show that the dynamic response increases with the height of the city wall It should also be enhanced accordingly.Finally,using the display dynamic analysis software ANSYS / LS-DYNA to analyze the overall response of the wall under the natural earthquake wave,the stress distribution and the overall displacement cloud chart of the wall brick and rammed earth at any time under the earthquake load are obtained,then the collapse process of the city wall is observed,and the collapse mechanism is analyzed.It is found that the collapse state of the wall under the El-Centro seismic wave shows that the whole wall inclines to the south,and the stress is relatively large at the bottom of the gate hole of the wall and at the southeast and southwest corners of the wall.
