With the development of social economy and the acceleration of our information construction,China Tower Co.,Ltd.was established in 2014 to focus on the construction of communication infrastructure to meet the growing demand for information and communication.The acceleration of information construction puts forward higher requirements for the construction of iron tower company.Therefore,scientific management means are needed to avoid the management risk of project duration and improve project efficiency.At present,there are many researches and achievements on how to manage the project schedule efficiently,but there are few researches on the communication infrastructure project schedule management.In this paper,on the basis of summarizing the main problems of communication infrastructure project management in China,the multi task management and key chain technology in the project management theory are studied in depth,the specific situation of the completed and under construction projects of ly tower branch is analyzed,the factors affecting the progress management are found out,the progress management model is established by using the key chain technology,and the key chain project progress management is proposed Technology as the main line,supplemented by multi project management balanced project schedule management model.Finally,the model is applied to ly construction project a to evaluate the decomposition,complexity and risk of the project,formulate corresponding strategies,design key chain,introduce distributed buffer mechanism and relay chain technology,and use multi project management technology to coordinate the resource allocation between project a and other projects.After the completion of the project,compare it with similar projects and progress plans in the early stage.Project a optimizes the progress plan so that the construction period is earlier than the time specified by the provincial company.In actual operation,it is 2 days later than the plan,but 8 days earlier than the time specified by the provincial company,which shortens the construction period before the introduction of key chain and reserves buffer area.It can be seen from project a that the project schedule management technology based on key chain technology is feasible in the communication infrastructure construction project,which provides a certain reference for the future communication infrastructure construction project.
