Research On Progress Management Of Phase ? Construction Project Of Mobile 4G Base Station In NC City

As an infrastructure project,communication engineering has important strategic significance at the national level.As early as 10 years ago,China has incorporated the construction plan of mobile Internet into seven strategic emerging industries.With the advent of the Internet era,the next five to 10 years will be a period of rapid growth of mobile intelligent users.In the near future,the government has increased policy efforts to promote the development of mobile network construction in planning,code number resources,frequency licensing and other aspects.The Ministry of industry and information technology clearly requires facilities planning and layout,accelerate the upgrading of communication network infrastructure,and actively promote the commercial deployment of low-power WAN technology.It is an important measure for China Mobile to promote the construction of 4G cellular Internet of things in accordance with laws and regulations,overall consideration and all-out efforts.It is an important deployment to implement the "big connection" strategy of mobile companies.It is also the need for mobile companies to develop 4G Internet of things business and respond to market competition.It is of great significance for the long-term development of the company.In this project,on the basis of scientific planning of base station location and reasonable utilization of frequency band resources,4G cellular macro base station will be built in the urban area of NC city to realize outdoor continuous coverage of 4G signals;targeted replacement of old base stations in the urban area of NC city to respond to the call of national energy conservation and emission reduction can also reduce the operation cost of the current network;in addition,remote rural areas will be moved Basic 4G signal coverage guarantee for mobile communication.In order to meet the above requirements,based on the classical theory of project schedule management,this paper will use the key link method and network diagram method to introduce the integer linear programming mathematical model into the study of project schedule management,and verify the rationality of schedule preparation.Combined with the correction process and measures of progress deviation,a linear programming mathematical model is established to compensate the delay of construction period and correct the progress deviation with the lowest investment of funds and resources,so as to ensure the normal follow-up activities of the project.Finally,from the overall point of view,the paper puts forward the guarantee measures of the project schedule management.
