In industrial design, product appearance and function are two key points. However, there are contradictions between creative thinking, functional, and economic benefit. How to use the systematic method of design to solve the contradiction between the three by finding a balance point, is the key to save time, cost, and to enhance the quality. In time of balance requirements and evaluate the value of the solution, using a systematic design method and objective and quantitative decision model can effectively improve the quality of innovative design, shorten the time and reduce the cost of design.Quality Function Deployment(QFD) is a systematic method of pay attention to the needs of users, break through the traditional enterprises which only pay attention to the systematic approach to product features and production specifications. Product design specifications(PDS) is the basis of design, and related to the time, cost, quality and market benefits of product development. This study use the various elements of the PDS, using the voice of customer(VOC) and the voice of Engineering(VOE) by statistical analysis and test to establish mathematical model. As input to QFD to make the user needs react to product design adequately, then. This can reduce cost of design changes in the development process, and increase customer satisfaction and security engineering design finished successfully.TRIZ is a systematic method of the invention engineering. Using TRIZ during the design process to effectively improve the design quality and innovation. This study will focus on the quality characteristics of the obtained QFD, with converting demand conflict negatively into 39 TRIZ engineering parameters. And applied TRIZ contradiction matrix to identify the principles of the invention of the applicable solution forty conduct creative thinking. Thereby quickly and efficiently provide clear solutions to create innovative products that meet customer needs.This research uses the systematic innovation design method, setting the wireless mouse as an example. Combined with the quality function expansion method, product design specification, TRIZ theory, modern statistical theory and measurement management theory to propose a new production design plan for customer’s needs. PDS study for the application of the process leads to user needs and use statistical tests and weighted QFD. The results are input to the contradictions of TRIZ matrix optimization. Then the principles of the invention corresponds to the solution put forward innovative solutions resulting product development.The research results are the verification and analysis of the innovative design method,make sure that the innovation concept design meets the needs of the users,make the functional design of the wireless mouse could meet the expectations of the users,even beyond it.So it could reduce the cost of design, production and market risk, accelerate the development of production, and improve the market acceptance of the production, assist enterprises to obtain higher profit, to achieve the vision of sustainable management.
