With the continuous advancement of bridge engineering construction,new structures,new processes,new materials,and new ideas of bridge engineering have emerged,and the application level and research level of new technologies have reached an unprecedented breadth and depth.The continuous improvement of mobile Internet,Internet of Things,cloud computing and big data technologies and computer processing capabilities,as well as the continuous progress of structural analysis software will make bridge engineering more refined,efficient and intelligent.The emerging building information modeling(BIM)technology has brought a leap forward revolution in the field of bridge engineering.However,the research and application of BIM technology in the bridge engineering industry has just started,there are not many related engineering cases,and the theoretical experience system is lacking.Especially for the demanding large-span bridges,BIM technology has obvious advantages,and related research has certain social significance and application value.This article is based on the construction of a large-span highway cable-stayed bridge in Guangdong Province,and on the basis of BIM research literature and related technical standards and specifications at home and abroad,the application of building information model(BIM)in the construction stage of large-span cable-stayed bridge Carried out research,discussed the "BIM + X" bridge technology application mode,and achieved the research goal of BIM technology application in the construction stage of large-span highway cable-stayed bridge.The main contents of this article are as follows:(1)Combining BIM technology with bridge engineering,summarizes the research status of BIM technology standards and model levels,expounds the technical points of cable-stayed bridge BIM system and component information,and completes a large highway on the Autodesk platform and Bentley platform respectively The BIM modeling of cable-stayed bridges has carried out secondary development research on the modeling software Revit,and has completed the application development of family library establishment,component parameterization,model refinement,rendering and data output,3D printing and roaming animation.(2)On the basis of summarizing the principles and workflow of 3D laser scanning technology,the DJI six-axis UAV equipped with AS-100 Lidar system was used to carry out point cloud data collection,calculation and model of a special bridge during the construction phase On-site research work,such as establishment,obtained staged point cloud data and revised BIM in different parts of the bridge and in different periods,thus verifying the feasibility and reliability of the technical means.(3)The finite element fast modeling and high-performance analysis methods of bridge engineering BIM and super bridge structure were studied.Completed the construction of a highperformance parallel computing platform under the Cent OS system,optimized the structural modeling and simulation analysis process,and made up for the deficiencies of the usual single computer to deal with the construction simulation power;The plug-in completes the secondary development under the IFC framework of the bridge project.Through the one-click generation of command flow,BIM and large-scale structural finite element analysis software ANSYS and bridge analysis software MIDAS / Civil are implemented in the BIM modeling software Revit platform Model data conversion greatly facilitates engineering applications.(4)Discussed and studied the application of bridge engineering BIM in the construction monitoring of large-span bridges.Through the data fusion between the BIM and the measured values of the bridge main beam linear monitoring,the main tower and main beam control section stress monitoring and the cable force monitoring during the construction phase,the different source data of the bridge construction phase are expressed in a unified,intuitive and multi-dimensional form.Bridge construction monitoring results seamlessly interface with BIM,thereby tapping the potential of BIM and the reuse of data models,and achieving efficient management of large amounts of complex construction information during the construction of large-span bridges.The research results of this paper have been verified by actual projects and can be used as reference for similar projects.
