| GIS equipment is a gas-insulated fully enclosed combination electrical appliance.GIS is its English abbreviation and its full name is GAS Insulated Switchgear.With the rapid development of the economy,the demand for electricity for production,commercial use,and residential use is increasing.Although modern electrical equipment such as GIS are also constantly being updated,it is inevitable that problems such as this will occur when machines and equipment run for a certain period of time.What we can do is only through continuous design and process technology.Improvements and further development of new materials to extend equipment life and maintenance intervals.Although GIS equipment is filled with a certain pressure of SF6 insulation gas,there are still many shortcomings in terms of design,materials,and technology.Therefore,real-time monitoring of GIS equipment,especially GIS knife gates,is particularly important.There are not many methods for how to effectively monitor GIS knife gates,and there are certain disadvantages.In view of this,based on the original monitoring method,this thesis will take a different approach,analyze it with examples,analyze the deficiencies of GIS knife gates and the causes of failure,and design a GIS knife gate operating characteristic measurement device.Experiments to verify the feasibility of the measuring device.The purpose is to apply the design results to the future installation and commissioning of GIS equipment,so as to improve its functions,so that the equipment can achieve high efficiency,energy saving and cost-effective operation.Second,there is a power outage in the existing GIS equipment.At this time,the device can be used to collect and enter the initial data to provide a reference value for the operation characteristics of the GIS knife gate.This thesis will research and discuss from the following aspects:I.Monitoring method of GIS knife gateIncluding two technical methods for monitoring the insulation of GIS knife gate gas chambers,that is,the use of ultra-high frequency method for partial discharge monitoring of GIS equipment and the use of ultrasonic method for partial discharge monitoring of GIS equipment;Monitoring,that is,SF6 pressure monitoring,micro-water content detection,decomposition product detection;X-ray detection technology monitoring of GIS knife gate air chamber;infrared imaging monitoring of GIS knife gate air chamber,namely infrared thermal imaging monitoring and SF6 gas leak detection.Ⅱ.Analysis of GIS knife gate equipment failure and condition monitoringBased on the example of the failure of GIS knife gate opening and closing failure,a statistical analysis is made on the causes of GIS knife gate failure,and the problems in preventive test state monitoring are summarized.Ⅲ.Development of a GIS knife gate operating characteristic measuring deviceThe basis of analyzing the primary operation principle,secondary operation principle,characteristic test theory and working principle of GIS knife gate On the basis of this,we developed the GIS knife gate characteristic measuring device sensor bracket,improved the BTS11 test software,debug the sensor,assembled the characteristic test device and debug.Ⅳ.explore the application of GIS knife gate operating characteristics state monitoringIntroduce how to collect data and establish a database for new equipment;how to perform monitoring in the state of power failure;how to perform fault diagnosis on GIS knife gate operation characteristic test state monitoring. |
