The high-speed EMUs in China have developed rapidly in recent years.However,there is a shortage of operation and debugging personnel for EMUs.At present,there is a lack of training devices and training sessions.The training for such personnel is mainly based on theory explanations and real vehicle visits.However,the period of this training is too long,while the effect is poor.The trainees need long time practice on duty to adapt to work requirements.This personnel training mode can not meet the requirements of the rapid development of Chinese EMUs.Therefore,it is urgent to design a debugging operation skills training device based on Chinese standard EMUs.This training operation skill device is based on the Chinese standard EMUs CR400 BF which were called "Fuxing".Each loop control circuit dispersed in each vehicle is designed according to function through digesting and absorbing the functions and principles of pantograph lifting,main circuit breaker control,emergency braking and air conditioning control loops.Each loop control circuit is combined on the corresponding hanging module The operation of each of above loops can be simulated on a training device platform.This device has many advantages compared with existing devices.The device adopts the standard operating platform as the basic framework,and each functional unit is composed of independent modules.Each module may carry on the different combination according to the training need or the work task.It can centrally simulate the functional principle,electrical wiring,control logic,operation process,common faults in different locations,different types of fault combinations and fault recurrence of the corresponding units of the EMUs.At the same time,the device uses the DCCE PLC and MCGS touch screen design the function to test the learning quality of trainees.The examiner can make a variety of different fault combinations to test the learning effect of the trainees through the touch screen or actual switch.The practical ability of trainees is effectively improved.Through this training device,trainees can quickly understand the working principle and the solution of common faults of Chinese standard EMUs.This thesis studies and analyzes the functions and principles of the pantograph lifting,main circuit breaker control,emergency braking and air-conditioning control circuits of Chinese standard EMUs.On this basis,the article proposes the overall design scheme of the debugging operation skills training device for Chinese standard EMUs.In this thesis,the function separation design of each unit loop control circuit,selection and layout of electrical components,PLC programming and HMI configuration of fault detection function also be completed.Trainees can understand the electrical principles of each unit of the EMUs quickly through the device.They can also improve the diagnosis ability and elimination efficiency of common faults.The training efficiency of EMUs debugging personnel has been greatly improved by this device.At the same time,the device has many advantages such as intuition,safety and low cost. |
