With the continuous development of modern information technology, people's work efficiency is getting higher and higher. The architectural design industry has gradually moved from traditional 2D CAD planar drafting to 3D BIM three-dimensional drafting.BIM technology is advancing rapidly in China's housing construction industry, but in the field of bridges, the application of BIM is still in its infancy and its application is not widespread. This article discusses the creation of the bridge "family" library,Dynamo visual programming to quickly build a full bridge model, and explore the interaction between BIM models and finite element calculation software through secondary development and ACIS models. This article mainly relies on a certain bridge in Shaanxi and a stone arch bridge, and uses AUTODESK REVIT as the BIM platform software to build the bridge component family library.Combined with REVIT's own visual programming plug-in,Dynamo,it discusses parametric modeling and the approach of generating full Bridge model. Then use the interface provided by REVITAPI for secondary development and the method of exporting ACIS format by REVIT to study the interaction between the REVIT model and the model of,ANSYS,the finite element calculation software. In the end,the convenience of using BIM parameterization to build a solid three-dimensional model is realized, and the structure model it builds is imported into the finite element calculation software for structural stress calculation. This article first introduces the concept of BIM,the current research status at home and abroad, and practical application cases,as well as its application in parameterization, finite element analysis, and secondary development. The second chapter is the introduction of BIM software REVIT.It mainly introduces the software characteristics of REVIT,the concept of primitive types, parameterization, and family libraries, and studies the creation methods of family components as well as the differences between different component families. The third chapter mainly introduces the concept of Dynamo, studies the placement methods of different bridge members, and establishes a full bridge model. The fourth chapter mainly introduces the interaction between REVIT and ANSYS,the concept of secondary development of REVIT,and combined with C # language, the coordinate conversion method, the method of obtaining material parameters and the rest of the pre-processing are studied. The fifth chapter studies the method of deriving ACIS format, and combines the reinforcement example of a stone arch bridge, comparing the traditional finite element analysis method with ACIS method, and exploring the feasibility of this method. As a concept that subverts the traditional construction industry,BIM brings the advantages of parameterization, visualization, and informationization, which can greatly promote the development of the entire construction industry and enable people to have stronger decision-making,optimization and insight.Facing the huge amount of information,we can grasp it with a clearer vision. With the advent of cloud computing, big data and artificial intelligence, the development of BIM technology will usher in unprecedented opportunities.
