Study On The Adaptability Design Of Small Apartment For Youth Groups In First Tier Cities

In recent years,with the rapid development of urbanization and science and technology,the quality of life of the people has been greatly improved.Since the reform and opening up,the definition of the first tier city has developed from the traditional "Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou and Shenzhen" into a "new first tier city".And the fast-paced life and great economic vitality of these first tier cities have deeply attracted the contemporary youth groups,so a large number of youth groups choose to go to the first tier cities to fight and live,and strive for their own ideals and urban construction.However,the first tier cities in China are short of land and the price of housing is soaring.After many times of national policy regulation and control,the housing type of our country begins to develop from "large family type" to "small family type".Because of their limited economic capacity,the youth groups in the first tier cities are in a contradictory and awkward situation in this society.However,at present,the real estate developers and relevant departments pay less attention to the small family groups,which leads to the structure and layout of small family too formulaic and lack of adaptability to the user body.In this context,it is necessary to solve the small-scale adaptability of the youth groups in the first tier cities under the limitation of area through design.If we want to solve the problem of young people’s living well,we should start from understanding young people’s thoughts and insight into young people’s behavior.The content of this paper is the study on the design adaptability of small apartment based on the living behavior mode and life style of the youth group in the first tier cities.The purpose of this paper is to study a design theory and strategy suitable for the youth group adaptive housing in the first tier cities through the analysis of the youth group ideas and the investigation of life style.Make the space accommodate many different functions in different periods of time.First of all,this paper has a comprehensive understanding of the current situation and development trend of the small family in the first tier cities in China by collectingand sorting out the literature related to the small family.And through a series of policies and regulations issued by the state in recent years,the paper analyzes the current overall situation.At the same time,the author interprets the behavior characteristics,work and life style of young people in the contemporary social background,finds out their living needs,grasps the first-hand information and materials through the network survey and field interviews,understands the living status and general problems of young people in Guangzhou at this stage,and focuses on the construction and development of such small houses.Secondly,this paper analyzes and compares the current situation of the design and research of small family housing for young people at home and abroad,in order to learn from the advanced theory of adaptive housing abroad.Starting from the relationship between space and function,the focus is to provide the possibility of change for the use of space,Finally,by summarizing the scale strategy of small apartment adaptability,on the basis of simplifying the use function,reducing the number of rooms,compressing the space area and reducing the wall area,the paper concludes that the specific implementation strategy is to follow the main function,take the core function area as the center,loop moving line,three-dimensional vertical space utilization,high adaptability of customized furniture and the principle of subtraction in decoration.
