Living Needs Of Youth Groups And Residential Design Study

Following come with information age, youth group's life status is change now, in order to grasp their actual living demand, and to help us in youth residential design work, the author investigated and studied living demands for 25-35 years old of youth groups through both forms of the questionnaire investigation and the actual project site investigation, obtain first-hand information. At the same time, analysising the concerned statistical data of xiamen, obtain the realistic basis, lays the foundation for the theoretical research.After sort collecting, from the affordable housing,the youth apartment and the youth residential area, this paper are analyzed and treated, and summed up living demand of housing design theory and method for youth groups living, then advised concept of social service supporting system.Adhering to the "people-oriented" principle, from the aspects of diversity, it is treated actively adaptability,flexibility,compounds,comfort and compact of personalized designation, public space design and model for the youth residence. Forecasts the development trend of youth residence, hoping it is helpful to provide reference for some young residential designation in following days.
