With the vigorous development of China's economy, urbanization of society is constantly accelerating, the replacement of old and new buildings have generated a large amount of construction waste. Reuse of construction waste will bring greater economic, environmental and social benefits. Due to the low compressive strength and the large water absorption of characteristics of recycled concrete, which become the primary issue of restricting its use on a large scale. But if we can make good use of recycled concrete, makes its shortcomings as a benefits of new products, so we can create greater economic benefits, environmental and social benefits. The porous pavement brick is preparated by using recycled aggregate, you can make full use of large water absorption characteristics of recycled concrete, and pervious pavement bricks are not very high on the compressive strength, as long as we determine a reasonable mix of fully able to meet its performance requirements. This article firstly study on the basic properties and microstructure, which recycled concrete powder as an auxiliary of cementitious material. The debris is generated in the process of waste concrete crushing, the composition of the recycled powder was analyzed after the use of ball milling. And what have do experiment study on the preparation of alternative renewable part of the cement powder cement mortar, which to determine the best alternative rate. For the further study on the performance of the recycled powder, this paper mainly studies the fly ash, water reducer, and the activating agent (sodium carbonate, lime, gypsum powder) on the compressive strength. Finally, this article has been experimental study on mechanical properties of recycled concrete permeable brick. First, this study which by orthogonal test method to determine the best meeting water-cement ratio, aggregate-cement ratio, particle size. Then recycled micro-powder have replacement of cement, what for preparation of porous concrete brick, and study on fly ash and water-reducing agent and alkaline activators (sodium carbonate, lime, gypsum powder) effect on the strength of permeable bricks. Then a brief introduction of pavement technology of the porous brick, and whish have analyzed the economic benefit, social benefit and environmental benefit in accordingly.
