In the context of China 's “Belt and Road” initiative,China 's air express industry has participated in global competition.The location of air express hubs is a key measure to realize the modernization,specialization,scale and integration of China 's aviation logistics.The development and construction of China's aviation express hub is relatively lagging,which is not conducive to the upgrading of China's aviation logistics industry,it is not conducive to seizing the commanding heights of the global air express hub network,it is not conducive to maintaining China's aviation rights and promoting economic development and trade growth.In this context,this article takes the location of regional air express hubs as a research object,and studies how to select the scientific and reasonable locations of China's air express hubs to improve the efficiency of China's aviation factor resource allocation.This article first reviews the research status of related documents such as air express,air express hub,express hub,etc.,and uses case analysis method,literature review method,expert consultation method and other methods to summarize the influencing factors of air express hub site selection,and applies the ISM model.Dig deep into the elements and analyze them to build an evaluation index system.The location selection of regional air express hub is a multi-attribute decision problem.Combining the two methods of ideal solution and gray correlation analysis,a gray correlation evaluation and location model based on ideal solution is constructed to make the model more scientific.The index weights are AHP and entropy weight.Method and use combination weights to determine.Finally,13 airports were selected from the East China region as the evaluation objects,and an empirical analysis based on the ideal solution of the grey correlation degree site selection evaluation model was performed.The model was solved using MATLAB to determine the final result of Shanghai Pudong Airport as the east China air express hub site.
