With the rapid growth of China's economy and the continuous improvement of its comprehensive national strength,the civil aviation industry has made new achievements,the coordinated development of multiple airports has become a new trend of civil aviation development in the future.How to manage regional multi-airports and promote the clear function positioning of each airport and the formation of collaborative development mode through the overall optimization of the route network of regional multi-airports has become an important research problem.Network is the prerequisite for the healthy and orderly development of civil aviation,to perfect regional airport layout,promote the coordinated development of regional airport,first of all need to clear the airport,on the basis of function orientation,adjust regional airport route network structure,form and position corresponds to the airport,adapted to the coordinated development of airport route network layout.This paper focuses on the collaborative development of regional multi-airport,and studies the optimization of regional multi-airport route network structure by combining functional positioning theory,route evaluation method and optimization modeling.Firstly,this paper defines the relevant conceptual characteristics of regional multi-airports,summarizes the development model and construction experience of representative regional multi-airports at home and abroad,and extracts the development model of regional multi-airports with common characteristics.Secondly,in order to make the functional positioning of each airport clear,the clustering analysis and multi-dimensional scale combination classification model of regional multi-airports were established,and an example was selected for the gradient discrimination positioning of each airport.Then,the evaluation index system of airport route network was established.Taking multiple airports in guizhou province as an example,the comprehensive evaluation of the multi-airport route network was conducted by using SPSS statistical analysis software and principal component analysis method to identify the route to be optimized.Finally,on the basis of functional positioning and route comprehensive evaluation,based on the goal of multi-airport collaborative development,the route optimization allocation model and route optimization connectivity model are established.MATLAB software is used to solve the model,and routes to be optimized at hub airport are allocated to other airports in the region,on this basis,the connectivity of regional hub airports is improved,and the coordinated development of multiple airports in the whole region is promoted,so as to provide ideas and suggestions for the adjustment of route structure ofregional multiple airports and the optimal allocation and layout of routes in regional multiple airports in China.
