| As an important part of the aircraft,the aircraft temperature control system controls the temperature of the cabin and cockpit,providing a safe and comfortable temperature environment for the crew and passengers.In the design and manufacturing process of a domestic aircraft,in the case that the entity of the aircraft temperature control system is not established or not ready,in order to debug the aircraft temperature control system,analyze whether the aircraft temperature control system is reliable and understand the component response when the system is normal and faulty and signal changes,it is necessary to establish a model of aircraft temperature control and perform fault simulation,which has certain theoretical significance and practical value for aircraft design and manufacturing.The research work of this topic includes the following: First,according to the structure of a domestic aircraft temperature control system and the working principle of each component,a ram air intake,an engine compressor,a refrigeration component,and an integrated air system controller were established in SIMULINK and AMESim software,Valves and pipelines,etc.,provide a technical basis for the simulation of aircraft temperature control system failures.Secondly,through the AMESim-SIMULINK interface to realize the joint simulation of the aircraft temperature control system model,to study the operation response of each component during the normal operation of the system during flight,through the fault injection method,to simulate the precooler leakage and the ram air intake cylinder stuck,Typical failures such as the pre-cooler electrical control valve jamming and pressure sensor impact,analyze common temperature and pressure anomalies,and study the operational response of each component during failure.Finally,through the establishment of a signal model,the temperature,pressure,flow and opening of mechanical and electrical components are converted into sensor and valve signals to obtain the signal changes when the system components are normal and faulty.The research results show that the aircraft temperature control system model can reflect the real system performance.Through the simulation of the aircraft temperature control system,it can well simulate the component response and signal changes of the temperature control system components during flight during normal and faults.The model and simulation results are The design and manufacture of a domestic aircraft has certain theoretical significance and practical value. |
