Level of Repair Analysis,is an important part of civil aircraft maintenance engineering analysis.It is used to comprehensively consider factors such as maintenance policy,maintenance capacity,cost control,etc.In order to determine the maintenance level or retirement plan with lowest cost feasible.It is one of the effective ways to achieve aircraft's maintainability and economy during the life cycle.However,the current domestic repair level analysis work-flow is still at the stage of guiding research.Therefore,it is a great practical significance to carry out research on the analysis of repair aircraft types to improve the comprehensive support system of civil aircraft and reduce the life cycle cost of aircraft.The problem of civil aircraft repair level under the background of multi-indenture and multi-echelon complex support system is studied in this paper.and the division structure and maintenance strategy of civil aircraft hierarchy are summarized.Sorting out the limiting factors in the non-economic analysis link based on the 4M1 E analysis method.Aiming at the situation that a variety of feasible solutions may appear in the results of non-economic analysis,economic and non-economic factors are taken into considered,A multi-level comprehensive evaluation system is established.On this basis,the matter-element extension model based on SVI-AE strategy combination weighting was used to achieve the ranking of the participating schemes.In addition,in the economic analysis,considering that the calculation methods in the existing models may have the problem of cost accumulation when the parent unit and the child unit move and scrap,the original 01 integer model was revised to improve the accuracy of solution cost estimation and credibility of decision.What's more,the mixed penalty function is used to treat the built model as an unconstrained problem,and an improved binary particle swarm algorithm is used to optimize the economical repair level analysis model.Finally,the applicability of the model was verified by simulation optimization.Based on the above findings,the multi-indenture and multi-echelon repair level analysis and simulation system for civil aircraft developed using MATLAB programming language includes functional modules such as basic data entry,economic analysis and non-economic analysis.The model and algorithm in this paper lay a certain theoretical foundation for the research and research on the global control of maintenance costs,the scientific planning of maintenance programs and the reasonable allocation of maintenance resources in the domestic civil aviation industry.
