| Under the general trend of global warming,extreme weather and flood disasters occur frequently.Chinese cities are also facing severe situations in terms of seasonal rain and flood disasters,local water environment pollution,water imbalance,etc.the rapid urbanization movement weakens the response ability of most cities in China to sudden natural disasters,including comprehensive economic benefits,social development,technical level,ecological environment,etc For practical factors,researchers and policy makers have successively strengthened the research on resilient cities,and issued policy guidance such as "technical guide for sponge city construction-low impact development rainwater system construction(Trial)" and "technical guide for sponge city construction" for urban water system.From the perspective of urban green space system,the country park system under the large-area green space system in the urban fringe provides a great potential space for the restoration of regional ecological value and the construction of urban water elastic system with composite functions.This paper is devoted to the planning and design of rural Park under the background of urban water elasticity,and takes the suburban green landscape design of Beijing as a practical case to make a detailed positioning analysis and design description.Under the background of the relatively backward urban rainwater management infrastructure and the trend of actively building country parks in major cities under the green space system,this paper puts forward the necessity of building a country park system that can play the role of water elasticity,and takes this policy advantage to cut into the research on the landscape design of water elasticity country parks.Based on the development history and related theories of urban water system elasticity,this paper combs its concept definition,evaluation system and strategy formulation at the level of urban planning and design,on the one hand,it provides theoretical basis for the construction and strengthening of urban water system elasticity,on the other hand,it gives full play to the potential of water elasticity from the perspective of green space.Then combining with the special location value and resource distribution of country park,the paper analyzes the principles and elements of country park planning and design and the experience of Beijing country park construction,and puts forward the planning and design strategy of Beijing country park under the background of water elasticity in chapter five.Based on the theory framework of urban water system elasticity,this strategy system sums up three aspects: the elastic consumption of water quantity,the elastic digestion of water quality,and the elastic management of waterscape.It combines the ideas of elastic city and sponge City,and the technical strategies ofrainwater and flood management and water quality purification.At last,based on following the terrain space,it investigates and evaluates the water quality status and requirements of the research area.In order to achieve the balance of supply and demand,the water elastic strategy system is applied to the actual design of a Suburban Park in Beijing. |
