In recent years,with the development of China,many cities have encountered frequent urban waterlogging problems.Factors such as large urban built area,much impermeable ground,imperfect municipal facilities,low Rainwater pipe network design standards,working simultaneously cause large urban surface rainwater runoff.Floods,water shortages and water pollution are most severe problems of our cities.So the concept of sponge city is proposed.Urban artificial wetland is a green infrastructure,which has the functions of diversification,regulation,and landscape.It will play an irreplaceable role in Sponge city.There are two trends in the construction of constructed wetlands.Landscape Architecture design focuses on the landscape effect,but has problems in the removal of pollutants.Environmental Disciplines cares about the removal of pollutants in terms of effectiveness,however,ignoring the landscape visual effects.The purpose of this study is to make artificial wetlands in the context of the sponge city to play its comprehensive function.The landscape effects and ecological benefits should be taken into account in a multi-functional playing including ecological function,recreation and popular science function.This paper firstly summarizes the related concepts of sponge city and artificial wetland at domestic and foreign dimensionality,analyzes the relevant cases,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the constructed wetland.Second,the object selection of Beijing Olympic Forest Park artificial wetlands,Yuyuantan artificial wetlands,the Summer Palace Hulu River reflects thatthrough the annual water quality monitoring,runoff simulation,wetland pollutant control ability,runoff control ability and landscape effect,the study area of artificial wetland TP concentration exceeded,pollution control capacity of the Olympic Forest Park artificial wetlands>Yuyuantan wetland>Hulu River;Runoff storage capacity:Orson>gourd River>Yuyuantan;landscape effect:Yuyuantan>Orson>Hulu River.This study puts forward the corresponding improvement strategy according to theproblemsaforesaid.Thirdly,according to the analysis of the literature,the domestic and foreign cases,the field monitoring,this study proposes a comprehensive design recommendation to achieve water purification,water storage,landscape and other functions.Fourthly,Huangshui River artificial wetland has verified the design method of artificial wetland in sponge city.
