After 120 years,Qinhuangdao port has developed into the world's largest dry bulk based energy export port.As an advanced representative of domestic green port construction,Qinhuangdao port has led the construction and development of a number of similar ports.We should pay attention to the construction of green ports driven by scientific and technological innovation,take energy management informatization as one of the important directions of green port construction,and invest financial resources to promote the construction of intelligent platform of green port energy.Qinhuangdao Port No.6 company(hereinafter referred to as the "six")as an important branch of bearing the main business,is also a typical representative of its coal transportation companies,successfully passed the national the first four-star "China green port" is chosen,the first is the port service organizations(hereinafter referred to as: APSN)named Asia Pacific green port,and is the only shortlisted for the seven home dry bulk terminals,so have been designated as green port intelligent energy management system construction.Based on the above background,based on the Qinhuangdao Port No.6 company green port energy management information system as the research object,using the BPM theory and management thinking,through the company energy management system and green port operations management in the process of research and combing,the company information system related to energy systems integration,give full play to the data,the technical advantage,green port construction and industry influence,build green port energy management system.We will help Qinhuangdao port transform and upgrade,build an ecological,smart and green port,and make outstanding contributions to energy conservation,emission reduction and green development in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.First of all,this thesis elaborates the selected topic background,clear out the significance of study,through literature method and the research method for scholars both at home and abroad green port,port,energy management information system,information system building research comprehensively elaborated and summarized,and on this basis,put forward the thesis research contents and research methods as a whole.Second,to support the basic theory of this study are summarized and refined,teasing out the basic theories of green port building energy management information system,system characteristic,summarized the business process management(BPM),service-oriented architecture(SOA)related methodology,as six company green energy management information system construction theory basis and the research foundation.The existing problems in system construction were studied and analyzed based on BPM core theory in combination with management practice to conclude the functional requirements of the system,so as to carry out system design and complete system construction according to requirements.Finally,the system guarantee system is constructed from five aspects to ensure the operation and implementation of the system.
