| In today’s social background,the competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce.As a special and important enterprise capital,human resources is of great significance to the future development of enterprises.The first problem that enterprise management should solve is how to transform human capital into competitive advantage,and how to play its positive role to the extreme.While the production-oriented enterprises pay attention to the production capacity brought by the advantages and disadvantages of equipment,the role of people is more important.Through effective incentive measures to retain talents,in order to promote the employees of each position to play their maximum potential and help the development of the enterprise,the most direct and effective incentive way is salary incentive,which is also an effective breakthrough to solve the current contradiction.This paper mainly studies J Company,Qinhuangdao Port Co.,Ltd as the research object,analyzes the problems existing in the compensation system under the impact of the competition in the surrounding port circle,and on this basis,gradually establishes a set of feasible,scientific and effective compensation incentive mechanism that can adapt to the optimization of the compensation system of J Company,Qinhuangdao Port Co.,Ltd and deepen the reform and rapid development of state-owned enterprises.The specific research contents are as follows:First of all,it introduces the background of the research,research significance and related incentive theory and the theory of compensation,and summarizes the current situation of research at home and abroad.Secondly,through in-depth investigation of relevant departments of J company,we can get the data of the existing salary system,and further analyze the existing salary system from the perspective of personnel structure and salary structure.Thirdly,through the questionnaire survey and salary interview to obtain the survey data,in the process of research,field survey,questionnaire design and other ways to analyze the J company system,and summarize the problems in its salary incentive system.Finally,based on the comprehensive salary theory,the paper designs the optimizationof the salary system of J company,which is promoted by the distribution of J company,and makes supporting safeguard measures for the salary system,so as to provide countermeasures and suggestions for its smooth implementation.Through the research of this paper,it can help J Company,Qinhuangdao Port Co.,Ltd to break through the disadvantages of traditional state-owned enterprise "big pot rice" mode,and promote the enthusiasm of the company’s employees to further promote productivity.The research of this paper has certain theoretical guidance significance for port logistics enterprises,and also has certain reference value for the optimization of salary system of large state-owned enterprises. |
