The global construction industry is facing new development opportunities,and the emergence of BIM technology has brought an impact on the traditional construction industry.Whether the traditional inefficient and low-technology innovation can be rid of,the key lies in whether the value of BIM technology can be effectively played.At present,BIM application in China is still in the stage of introduction,digestion and absorption.With the continuous promotion of its application,it is gradually moving towards the 3.0 stage of construction deepening application.However,the development and application of BIM technology in our country is not yet mature,both in industry environment and technology environment is facing many problems,such as the immature industry system,imperfect legal boundary is not clear,standard,BIM related software and hardware technology support degree is not high,and so on,led to the construction enterprises in the application of BIM technology difficulties encountered in the process of many applications.However,under the background that BIM application environment cannot be selected,how to grasp and create opportunities and find a suitable BIM application route for enterprises under various application obstacles requires the efforts of construction enterprises themselves.Based on this,this paper studies how construction enterprises should carry out the application and management of BIM from the perspective of organization and process on the basis of process traction theory.This paper first analyzes the application of BIM in the construction stage,including the common application points of BIM application implementation,core modeling software and the main problems existing in the current construction BIM application management.Through digging the root behind the management problem,find the essence of BIM application management--process.At the same time,the necessity of BIM application process construction and its important position in construction BIM application management are expounded.On this basis,a process solution under "L management mode" is proposed for the application and management of construction BIM,including two stages: the first stage is to define how to construct the process system,including the basis,principles,steps and methods of construction,aiming at further guiding and promoting the standardization of management through the standardization of the process.The second stage is thespecific construction content,including the establishment of BIM cognition at different levels,the determination of BIM application target system,the design of BIM implementation organizational structure,the research and development of BIM application processes at different levels,and the improvement of elements and functions of process tasks.Finally,the process system of construction BIM application is perfected through case practice summary,and it is proposed that the process with management value should not only be based on the corresponding standards and norms,but also strictly follow the corresponding principles,but also be constantly improved and summarized in practice.At the same time,the limitations of this study are clarified and the future is prospected.
