Research On Implementation Method Of Precise Control Of Construction Engineering Quality Based On The Theory Of Process Traction To Achieve The Goal

Starting from the macro environment,this study analyzes the construction industry is faced with a slowdown in market growth,policy macro-control,quality management problems and other objective survival situation.Constraints in the construction industry as a whole the status quo,through the survey found construction engineering quality management are one-off,complexity,importance,influencing factors,management means more rough,the responsibility is not clear,the craft is chaotic operation etc.,in the traditional construction project quality management is difficult to meet the social high quality,high turnover of construction works,high standard demand.Therefore,how to accurately control the construction project quality and solve its extensive management is very necessary.Based on this,this paper proposes how to implement accurate control of construction engineering quality under the guidance of process traction theory.Firstly,based on the research status,the problems existing in the quality management of construction engineering are concluded.Secondly,the definition,characteristics and development trend of the quality management of construction engineering are analyzed,and the precise control of the quality of construction engineering is clearly defined in combination with the principle of precision.The internal clues are sorted out by using the process traction theory.At the same time,quality management methods such as grounded theory,analytic hierarchy process,Pareto diagram and so on are combined to build an implementation system of precise quality management.Finally,the established system is applied to construction engineering cases and corresponding management measures are formulated.Targeted in this paper,by means of influence factor identification,evaluation and weight control to establish a systematic and scientific system of controlling the construction quality of precision,based on the empirical case,to provide reference for the engineering management in practice reference,discuss the process of drawing under the guidance of the theory,construction quality precision control implementation method in the future development trend and mechanism of action,at the same time improve the quality of construction project management level of accuracy.
