Research On Implementation Method Of Precise Cost Control Of Construction Engineering Based On The Theory Of Process Tration To Achieve The Goal

The construction engineering industry is entering the era of low profit.In order to keep developing,the construction enterprises need to establish a set of refined,simplified,easy to operate and accurate cost control methods,which are directly targeted to exclude the work in a large and general way,but adopt targeted modern technology,methods and theories to reduce the waste in the process of achieving the goal,The necessary functions are achieved with the minimum consumption,the maximum value of the project is realized,improved the management efficiency.The transition from the traditional rough control to the precise control is achieved.This study takes the process traction theory as the core guidance to study how to achieve the precise control of construction cost.Firstly,the paper analyzes the current situation of the construction industry in the past 12 years,such as the gross value of construction industry,labor productivity,the overall slowdown of the profit rate of construction output value,the current situation of the industry and the macro-control,etc.from the macro-economic background of the construction industry,thus highlighting the urgency and necessity of the implementation method of precise control of construction cost;Secondly,through literature research,the existing problems of cost control are combed,and 14 cost control problems sorted out are expressed as the most simplified step topology diagram by ISM method,which provides the thinking for the construction of cost accurate control implementation method;Thirdly,the "L" model in process traction theory is used to construct the framework of precise control method for construction cost,which includes accurate target positioning and planning,clear target nine elements,detailed objectives,and target division;The classification,procurement,warehousing and delivery of materials are controlled more scientifically,reasonably and accurately by karajake method,BIM,ERP and other methods and technologies;Finally,the activity-based costing method is used to calculate and analyze it accurately.Through the engineering case,the author makes an empirical study of the construction method,which can be used for reference in the practice process,and puts forward the future outlook of combining information technology and process management thought to use the cost control of construction engineering,which will greatly improve the reliability and validity of construction cost control.
