In order to study the structural response of energy-dissipation isolated structures under random wind vibration, this paper analyzes the isolated structures with uncontrolled isolation, the isolation structures with Maxwell dampers with braces, and the isolation structures with Maxwell dampers with braces and TMD hybrid control respectively. The transfer function method is used to solve the structural responses of each structural system under wind-induced vibration, and the equivalent wind load is determined.First of all,the mathematical model of no-controllable isolation multi-storey structure system is established, and the non-time-domain differential and integral motion equation of energy-dissipation isolated structure is established, and the superstructure is expanded according to the multi-order vibration model.By using the transfer function method to obtain the accurate structural transient response, through standard vibrator decomposition, the exact solution is expressed as a first order and second order linear combination of the standard vibrator displacement and velocity response and random wind vibration response variance structure is obtained to get structure random wind vibration response displacement and wind vibration force and the equivalent wind load design value.Secondly, the structure relation of viscoelastic integral with support is adopted, and the exact modeling of the differential integral equations with energy dissipation structure is carried out.Considering the influence of bracing on the effect of dampers, transforing the model of viscoelastic dampers with braces, and regarding the whole of viscoelastic damper and bracing as conversion damper. Then,by using the transformed damper model, the time-domain nonexpansive motion equations of energy-dissipation isolated structures with supported viscoelastic dampers are established in the isolation layer. The exact solution of the transient response of the structure is obtained by using the transfer function method, which is decomposed by standard oscillators. The design values of random wind displacement, equivalent wind force and equivalent wind load are obtained. Finally, the response of the isolated structure system with mixed control of Maxwell dampers with braces and TMD under wind vibration is analyzed, and the motion equation of the structure system is established accurately. The analytical solution of the wind-induced response of the structure system under Davenport spectrum excitation is obtained by using the transfer function method.Through theoretical derivation and example analysis, proving that the hybrid structure with Maxwell dampers and TMD has more advantages than those with no control or only Maxwell dampers with a single control, and provides a basis for engineering application.
