Quality management is the key and core of project construction.Pumped storage power generation,as a new kind of clean energy,has the characteristics of quick start,good load,fast tracking and rapid reaction.It plays a more and more important role in the security and stable operation of the power grid.The quality management effect of traditional pumped storage power station construction is not obvious,and it is difficult to achieve the predetermined quality objectives.Therefore,on the basis of the traditional project quality requirements and management methods,combined with the means of advanced project management and the mature network electronic information technology,a set of quality management methods applied to the project of pumped storage power station is explored to ensure that the quality management of the project is controlled,and the effectiveness of the project management is extremely effective.The important practical significance.On the basis of the previous research results of project management and quality management,this paper summarizes the definition and theory of project quality management,and takes the construction project of A pumped storage power plant system as an example.It systematically interprets the status of the project quality management system and analyzes the problems of the project quality management.Including: the quality management organization is not sound,the quality management system is not perfect,the quality supervision consciousness is lacking,the quality of the construction team is uneven,the quality and culture construction is not enough,the construction process link exists problems,and so on.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes to improve the organization of quality management,improve the quality management system,strengthen the consciousness of quality supervision,improve the quality of the construction team,strengthen the construction of quality culture,do a good job in the quality inspection of the construction link,and establish a continuous improvement mechanism of quality management.This article focuses on the quality management of the project from 3 aspects: project quality management plan,guarantee and control.First of all,this paper makes the project quality management plan,and puts forward the goal of the acceptance rate of 100%,the excellent rate above 87%,the contract performance rate 100%,the customer satisfaction rate above 92%.Secondly,the construction team is improved by improving the quality management organization,improving the quality management system,strengthening the quality supervision consciousness and promoting the construction team.Wu Suzhi,strengthening the quality culture construction,the construction link quality inspection,the establishment of continuous improvement mechanism and other 7 improvement measures to ensure the quality objectives of the project to achieve high quality projects.Thirdly,the whole life cycle of the project is based on the whole life cycle of the project,and the whole process of quality control is carried out in the whole life cycle of the project.The system includes quality control during the pre implementation,implementation and completion period.This paper also summarizes the improvement quality management of the project building system construction of A pumped storage power station,and gives the affirmation from the project product,the project quality cost and the comprehensive quality evaluation of the project.The results show that the quality management effect of the project building system of the A pumped storage power station is obvious.The qualification rate of the single project quality acceptance is 100%,the acceptance rate of the overall project acceptance is 96%,and the predetermined quality management target has been reached.
