With active components of the active phased array radar system miniaturization,integration,the continuous improvement of the level of high frequency,power device assembly density,power consumption and heat load,improved long-term work under high temperature conditions,can lead to electronic components reliability is reduced,the serious influence the accuracy of the radar system,reliability,stability,etc.The thermal balance of active phased array radar system is one of the main technical bottlenecks restricting its development.Efficient and reliable cooling system is the key point to solve the heat balance technology of active phased array radar system.And the coolant used with it is one of the keys to solve the heat balance of active phased array radar system.It is required to have cooling,thermal stability,corrosion resistance,corrosion resistance,corrosion resistance,anti-foam,anti-freezing,and anti-scale and other properties.Therefore,it is particularly important to research and develop the coolant for the new phased array radar system with long liquid exchange period,stable composition and friendly environment.First of all,this paper developed based liquid coolant performance requirements,the common ethylene glycol,propylene glycol,dimethyl sulfoxide,physical and chemical performance has made the detailed analysis and comparison,combined with principal component analysis(PCA)mathematical model,finally choose the mass fraction 50% glycol and mass fraction 50% dimethyl sulfoxide compound,as the basis of coolant fluid.Secondly,the existing cooling liquid functional additives and non-functional additives were analyzed and compared,the uniform design was used,the corresponding compound test was carried out,the multiple linear regression method was used,and the MATLAB software was used to determine sebacic acid,benzoic acid,p-tert-butyl benzoic acid with the mass ratio of 4?1?1 composite as cast aluminum corrosion inhibitor;Benzotriazole,2-hydroxyimidazole,4-methylimidazole were used as corrosion inhibitor of copper and copper alloy by the mass ratio of 1 ? 1 ? 2.The compound of maleic anhydride and 2-ethylcaproic acid was used as the buffer by mass ratio of 2:5.Then,the uniform design method was used to design 10 sets of full formula schemes.According to the experimental results of full formula,the weight of each evaluation index is determined by the coefficient of variation method,and the comprehensive evaluation theory of data transformation is used to finally determine the scheme F3 as the best original basic formula scheme of the whole formula.Finally,the selected formula is tested.The results show that the developed coolant has good cooling property,anti-boiling property,thermal stability,corrosion inhibition property,anti-rust property and anti-foam property,and can meet the requirements of active phased array radar system.
