As the latest product of the 21 st century scientific and technological revolution,high-speed railways have the absolute advantage in the middle and long-distance transportation of modern transportation by virtue of fast,energy-saving and punctual characteristics.Observing from the perspective of the region,the birth of high-speed railways has not only changed the regional accessibility,but also changed the growth pattern of the spatial structure of regional urban agglomerations.At the same time,it has an important impact on the redistribution of the regional economy.Based on the beijing-tianjin-hebei railway network as the research background,this paper compares two different transportation modes of the high-speed railway era(2011)and the high-speed railway era(2025),focusing on the impact of the high-speed railway network era on the accessibility,urban spatial structure and economic redistribution of the beijing-tianjin-hebei urban agglomeration.This paper first uses the weighted average travel time model,the shortest travel time index,and the accessibility coefficient index to study the accessibility between urban agglomerations in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region in the era of the ordinary-speed railway and the high-speed railway.Using Kriging interpolation and isoline division methods to further study the impact of high-speed railway network on daily accessibility of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the construction of high-speed railway network has great impact on the overall accessibility of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Although the travel mileage has not changed much,the average travel time in the high-speed railway era has increased by nearly 2.5 times compared to the ordinary speed railway era.The construction of a high-speed railway network makes the flow of people,logistics,and other factors between regions more rapid,and strengthens the cohesion among the urban agglomerations in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Secondly,based on the research of accessibility,this paper uses the gravity model and economic indicators to study the interaction and development model of the urban agglomeration in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region under the different modes of transportation in the era of ordinary and high-speed railways.The research shows that the development pattern of the urban agglomeration space in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is changing from a central city-driven development model in the era of the ordinary high-speed railway to a model in which the neighboring cities support each other in the high-speed railway era.In the era of high-speed railways,the distance cost and time cost have been greatly reduced,and each city in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has increased its radiation from other cities,avoiding the "siphon effect" and "Matthew effect",making Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Benign interactions between cities in the region were achieved.The development between cities is not affected by the level of cities,the proximity of space is obvious,and the development of cities is more balanced and coordinated.Finally,a geographic network weighted regression model(GNWR)was used to study the impact of the ordinary-speed railway era and the high-speed railway era on the economic redistribution of urban agglomerations in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Research shows that high-speed railways have different effects on various economic activities.First,investment activities.High-speed railways have changed the previous investment environment.Fixed asset investment has changed from a net outflow in the era of ordinary speed railways to a net inflow in the era of high-speed railways.The state of net inflow changed to net outflow.As for consumption activities,there is a net outflow in both modes of transportation,and the era of high-speed rail has stimulated consumption activities and expanded the scope of economic activities.The construction of high-speed railways has strengthened the transportation integration in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and the transportation integration has not only improved the economic activity of redistributing between regional urban agglomerations,but has also strengthened the spatial-economic integration of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomerations.In summary,the completion of the high-speed railway network has changed the overall integration model of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.It is recommended that urban agglomerations under different economic conditions make full use of high-speed railway strategies to promote their own development.The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region shall further strengthen the basic implementation centered on Beijing,Tianjin and Shijiazhuang,develop regional advantages,and accelerate the integration of transportation,economy,and space urban agglomerations in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
