With the development of electrostatic materials manufacturing process and technology,as well as the emergence and wide application of new electrostatic materials,electrostatic hazards have attracted more and more attention.Not only traditional petroleum,chemical,military and other industries pay more attention to electrostatic safety,but also emerging aerospace,microelectronics manufacturing and other industries pay more attention to electrostatic hazards.All kinds of anti-static materials are widely used in production,processing,packaging and other aspects.The evaluation of electrostatic protection performance of materials has become an indispensable work.In addition to resistance(including surface resistivity,volume resistivity)and potential,attenuation time is also a key index to measure the electrostatic protection performance of materialsThe physical quantities that quantitatively describe the electrostatic properties of materials include resistance(including surface resistivity and volume resistivity),potential and electrostatic decay time.The electrostatic decay time constant is also a relatively important test index.The main purpose of accurate measurement of electrostatic properties of materials can be achieved by measuring the decay duration caused by electrostatic,The attenuation time method can be used to accurately evaluate the law of electrostatic generation and electrostatic dissipation performance of metal materials.Because in measuring the anti-static ability of materials,the electrostatic decay time constant is necessary to test parameters,so for materials with large time constant value,due to the long time required for electrostatic leakage,it is easy to accumulate electrostatic charge on the material and make the material carry high voltage,high voltage will break through the air close to the material,making the air generate violent discharge phenomenon.In order to avoid this phenomenon and reduce the influence of static electricity,it is necessary to have a complete set of professional static electricity quality testing management technology and precise and reliable professional static electricity quality testing instrument.In view of the fact that the load discharge conversion mode of the commonly used electrostatic corona charge energy attenuation instrument is single,the commonly used corona charge discharge can be divided into three commonly used charge measurement modes,i.e.spraying method,capacitor voltage charging method,starting friction method and starting electrostatic method,which can be integrated,According to the traditional long-time measurement instrument with electrostatic particle decay,a new multi-functional improvement is made.Considering the personalized requirements of the measurement methods of electrostatic decay time of sample materials under three different charged modes,the structure of the integrated test equipment is designed,and the real-time collection and processing of electrostatic potential of sample materials are realized.The friction method and spray method are successfully developed A multi-functional electrostatic decay time testing device integrating electric method and charging method.The electrostatic voltage of the material is collected by the non-contact induction electrode,and then the collected signal is amplified by the amplification circuit.The data acquisition card receives and collects the amplified signal,and uses Lab View to make the human-computer interface to display the electrostatic attenuation waveform and other information.The waveform can be directly displayed on the display screen of the instrument surface,so as to realize the intelligence of the electrostatic attenuation instrument Chemical design.The calibration method of multi-functional electrostatic decay time testing integration equipment is proposed.Aiming at the requirements of key electrical parameters and functional indexes in the electrostatic decay time testing prototype,the calibration method including electrostatic high voltage,non-contact electrostatic potential and electrostatic potential dynamic test is proposed,which can ensure the accuracy and stability of the developed electrostatic decay time testing integration equipment Technical support.
