Cable-stayed bridge is a kind of high-order statically indeterminate complex architecture,especially cable-stayed bridge with special-shaped towers,whose linear and internal force state is closely related to the construction process.During the construction process,the linear and internal force state of each construction stage must be monitored to reduce or eliminate the deviation caused by the construction.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the force during the construction of the cablestayed bridge.This paper researchs the construction control of this type of cable-stayed bridge based on the construction process of Tai Zi City interchange main line left 1#Bridge.Firstly,Midas/Civil is used to carry out simulation analysis and calculation of its construction process,the zero displacement method is used to determine the reasonable bridge formation state,and the unclosed cooperation force function is used to calculate the initial tension force of the stay cable construction.Then,simulation calculations of the cable-stayed bridge's process are performed to obtain the internal girder internal force,deformation,pylon stress,and cable internal force at each stage of construction.Then,to compare the current bridge construction state and reasonable bridge construction state,which can verify the feasibility of the cable tension scheme and the accuracy of the monitoring work.Next,the paper analyzes the deformation and force changes of the bridge tower and main beam during the construction process,and the forces of the stay cable during the construction process.Based on this,it summarizes the bridge monitoring scheme and the results of construction monitoring.Finally,the paper establishes the left 3 # bridge tower space calculation model based on ANSYS software and analyzes the space force characteristics of the bridge tower under the bridge completion state.The results of the analysis can provide a reference for the design and construction control of this type of cable-stayed bridge.
