| With the support of national policies, the whole country vigorously develops prefabricated buildings, and the proportion of prefabricated buildings is increasing. So far, there are many studies on the structural safety of prefabricated residential buildings in China,so the energy-saving of prefabricated residential buildings is ignored.During the installation of the enclosure structure of the prefabricated high-rise residential building,it is inevitable that there will be splicing cracks.Without specific measures,it will inevitably cause indoor heat loss. Therefore, this paper mainly studies the thermal insulation performance of the enclosure structure of the prefabricated high-rise residential building, from the field research, thermal insulation performance calculation and simulation and other aspects of analysis, can provide a reference for the energy-saving design and research of the prefabricated high-rise residential building. The main contents of this paper can be divided into four parts,as follows.First of all, according to the summary of the domestic and foreign assembly building research and assembly building knowledge theory,we hope to find the problems in the development of assembly building.Secondly, according to the field investigation of the prefabricated high-rise residential buildings in Zhengzhou area, the paper introduces the installation construction scheme of prefabricated shear wall structure of the prefabricated high-rise residential buildings in detail, which is convenient for the next step to study the construction technology of the enclosure structure, and deeply analyzes the existing problems in the design and construction of the enclosure structure of the prefabricated high-rise residential buildings.Third, based on the analysis of the prefabricated sandwich thermal insulation exterior wall in the supporting high-rise residential building envelope, starting from the interconnection structure among the prefabricated wall,cast-in-place wall, roof and floor slab, through the PTemp software to simulate the prefabricated part and cast-in-place part of the investigated residential exterior envelope, and through the comparative analysis of the conclusions,it is found that the thermal insulation performance of the cast-in-place part is better than that of the precast part Through the calculation and analysis of the internal surface temperature of the roof, the East and West exterior walls of the building by the building energy-saving design analysis software k-value,further analysis shows that the cast-in-place part is better than the prefabricated part in the thermal insulation performance. Finally, according to the comparative analysis of the simulation results of the cast-in-place wall and the prefabricated wall, the prefabricated wall needs to be further optimized design,so the optimal thickness and the heat transfer coefficient K value of the prefabricated concrete sandwich thermal insulation outer wall panel honeycomb isolation fire insulation board is proposed. In this paper,by summarizing the theoretical knowledge of prefabricated building, analyzing the construction scheme of prefabricated component installation, the construction technology of prefabricated high-rise building envelope is studied, and through the means of software simulation, the thermal performance of cast-in-place wall and prefabricated wall in prefabricated high-rise residential buildings is compared. It is hoped that the research on the thickness and heat transfer coefficient of the insulation layer of the prefabricated concrete sandwich thermal insulation outer wall panel will contribute to the development of energy conservation of the prefabricated high-rise residential buildings. |
