Under the current general environment in which the Chinese government is fully promoting the development of prefabricated buildings,prefabricated buildings are in a stage of rapid development,the construction project management process is becoming more and more complicated,and prefabricated buildings are beginning to show uneven levels of industry teams in the management process.A series of problems,such as uniformity,inconsistency of relevant specifications,inability to effectively obtain building data,and incomplete policies,have restricted the development of prefabricated buildings.Lean management ideas and various emerging information technologies such as BIM technology and Internet of Things technology in intelligent management can effectively solve various obstacles encountered in prefabricated buildings,and make prefabricated buildings develop in the direction of "lean and informatization",To meet the overall management needs of prefabricated buildings.This study analyzes and sorts out the related theoretical concepts of lean management,intelligent management and prefabricated buildings,and analyzes various technologies such as BIM technology,big data technology,Internet technology,Internet of Things technology in intelligent management At the same time,it analyzes the combination of lean management and intelligent management and discusses the feasibility of applying lean management and intelligent management to prefabricated buildings.According to the problems encountered by the participants in the assembly process in the management process,the management process,and the construction data processing,the user layer and application of the intelligent management system for assembly building based on the lean management idea were constructed.Layer,platform layer and data layer.In order to enable the system to transition from the theoretical level to the actual application process more smoothly,the operation orientation,operation framework and operation process of the system are discussed.Collected data through literature analysis methods,expert interview methods,and questionnaire methods,identified and determined 18 factors that affect the operation of the system,and mainly based on the three dimensions of the operation system-"the dimensions of each project participant"," The "time dimension" and"management process dimension" divide the 18 influencing factors into five categories:management process,project participants,information factors,prefabricated building ontology,and policy factors.Using the DEMATEL mathematical method and MATLAB software to analyze the 6 key influencing factors of the system operation from the 18 influencing factors,and put forward countermeasures against the analysis of the key influencing factors,which can provide a scientific theoretical basis for the operation of the system,but also for the system Deeper development and optimization provide information and data support.Integrate the lean management ideas that have been developed in the manufacturing industry into the entire construction process of prefabricated buildings,and use various new technologies of intelligent management as the data support of the system to establish an intelligent management system for prefabricated buildings based on lean management.It can solve the problems on the development road of prefabricated buildings in China,improve the management level,and provide development direction for the reform and transformation of the domestic construction industry.
