As the pillar industry of China's market economy,construction industry plays an important role in social development and economic construction.In recent years,the rise of modern network technology and information technology has greatly promoted the development of the construction industry,and provided an effective way for the innovation and development of the construction industry.It has important practical significance for the transformation and upgrading of construction enterprises and the improvement of enterprise management effect and management efficiency.The development of prefabricated building needs the further deepening of technology and management.The engineering construction mode is developing in the direction of integration of refinement,informatization,greening and industrialization,and vigorously promotes the new construction management mode with lean construction and digital construction as the main content.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Based on the basic theory of Internet of things and lean construction,this paper starts with the whole industry chain management of prefabricated building components,and expounds the application of Internet of things technology and the design,production,procurement,transportation and construction of prefabricated building components.It takes the components embedded with RFID chips as the basic management objects,collects and uploads design,raw material quality inspection,and production process Inspection,delivery inspection,transportation process,assembly process,on-site inspection and acceptance and operation and maintenance of the whole cycle of quality data,to achieve the quality improvement and traceability of the whole industry chain of prefabricated building components.(2)Based on the construction procedures and process requirements of prefabricated buildings,the workflow and inspection nodes of the quality traceability system of prefabricated buildings based on the Internet of things technology are used as evaluation indexes to construct the evaluation model of lean management effect of prefabricated buildings,and the theoretical tools of lean management are used to evaluate the implementation effect.(3)From the perspective of lean construction theory,ANP is used to build an evaluation model from five criteria of design management effect,production management effect,transportation management effect,construction management effect and operation and maintenance management effect and corresponding 20 sub criteria.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and SD software are used to evaluate the model to verify the effect of the project.Through the application research of the Internet of things technology in prefabricated construction projects under the lean management theory,it is to use the advanced management means and methods of the Internet of things,combined with the theoretical tools of lean construction,to realize the transformation of construction products through lean management of materials,funds,intelligence,labor and other resources,so as to achieve the management objectives of quality,cost,construction period and safety,and deliver the customer satisfaction Building products.The research in this paper has a certain application value to promote the application of Internet of things technology in prefabricated building construction and project lean management.
