Since the reform and opening up,China's urbanization process has been accelerating,and the traditional old industrial zone has welcomed the opportunity of regeneration and utilization with the urban renewal and upgrading.However,there are many ecological safety problems in the reuse process of the old industrial area.Extensive reuse strategies have caused the infiltration and diffusion of the remaining pollution in the factory area,the pollution intensified during the construction process,the excessive energy consumption of the old buildings,the improper application of energy-saving technologies,and the erosion of ecological resources.This has put tremendous pressure on the already fragile plant environment.Applying ecological transformation strategies to improve the performance of reuse,create a more comfortable space environment,and strengthen the ecological safety benefits of the project is the development trend of reuse in old industrial areas.In order to objectively reflect the ecological security status of the old industrial area,grasp the weak points of ecological security in the process of reuse,and improve the ecological security status of the projects in the old industrial area in a targeted manner,this article is based on a survey of nearly 110 old industrial reuse projects in 22 cities across the country.Data collation,research on ecological safety assessment and countermeasures for the entire life cycle of reuse in old industrial areas,the main research contents are as follows:(1)Research the old industrial zone's reuse theory and ecological safety theory,combine domestic and foreign research status and existing problems,analyze the old industrial zone's reuse ecological safety theory,and sort out the old industrial zone's reuse under the concept of ecological safety.Value,regeneration model and necessity.(2)Based on the research results of survey data and related,based on PSR model to construct the old industrial zone of recycling the whole life of ecological security evaluation index system,and based on the ecological security index,process,integrating qualitative and quantitative data is gray,the index hierarchy clear and dynamic characteristics,constructs the entropy value correction analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and grey clustering method of comprehensive evaluation model.(3)Taking the Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Town Old Industrial Zone reuse Project as an example,the established evaluation system was used to conduct a full life cycle ecological safety evaluation of the case,which verified the applicability and feasibility of the evaluation system,and revealed the ecological safety based on the evaluation results.In order to solve the problems,specific improvement measures such as the optimization of existing ecological resources protection,plant pollution control,construction pollution control,application of green energy-saving technologies,and health and fire safety management were proposed.Through the research on the evaluation and countermeasures of the entire life cycle ecological safety in the old industrial area,the factors and sensitive points of ecological safety are summarized,and the ecological safety improvement ideas for development,design,construction and operation management of related projects are summarized,which enriches the old industry.Research results in the area of ecological security in the area of reuse and utilization.
