Research On The Inheritance And Utilization Model Of Revolutionary Sites Under The Background Of "urban Transformation And Development"

Since the reform and opening up,the old urban area,which bears the city's heavy historical and cultural accumulation and shows the unique image of the city,has been eroded,destroyed and even disappeared by a new round of construction,and the "urban gene" has been tampered with.Symptoms of urban diseases are widespread throughout the country,which makes China face a shift to a "people-oriented" development thinking and model.General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed cultural self-confidence.Many domestic architects have revived Chinese traditional culture and historical wisdom through their architectural works.The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development has tried to promote the concept of double cultivation throughout the country.Yan'an City proposed a number of planning contents such as improving ecology,loosening the old city,strengthening transportation links,protecting historical and cultural heritage,highlighting the characteristics of the Holy Land of Revolution,and developing the tourism service industry.The author attempts to combine the concept of “city double repair” with the inheritance and utilization of the old revolutionary site.Taking “city double repair” as the research perspective,the city is placed in a large-scale landscape to examine it.The revolutionary site,especially the large number of existing domestic The public is concerned,the legacy of the protection is poor or even has no legacy,but it has great reuse value as the research object,taking the problem as the guide,taking the inheritance and utilization of the historical section of the Kangda Road in Yan'an Second Avenue as an example.This article selects typical cases,and then puts forward the objectives,principles and strategies of the inheritance and utilization of the old revolutionary site under the new background of "urban double repair" based on background,theory,examples and purposes,and provides a theoretical basis for the design and practice of the inheritance and utilization of the old revolutionary site.This article firstly classifies and selects typical cases of revolutionary sites in the current non-“urban double repair” context,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the cases from multiple levels and angles,and explores the possibility of combining the concept of double repairs with the characteristics of the types of cases.Then,based on the background,theory,examples and purposes,the goal,principle and strategy of the inheritance and utilization of the old revolutionary site under the new background of "City Double Cultivation" were proposed to provide a theoretical basis for the design and practice of the inheritance and utilization of the old revolutionary site.The author uses the site of the China Anti-Japanese Military and Political University in Erdao Street,the core area of Yan'an City,as an example to explore,research,and summarize the purpose,principles,and models of the inheritance and use of the revolutionary site under the background of "urban double repair".Erdaojie District has been the city center of Yan'an for nearly a thousand years since the completion of the Yan'an City in the Northern Song Dynasty.It carries the characteristics of Yan'an's history,culture,urban spirit,and landscape pattern.At the same time,it is more difficult to resolve the problem because of historical issues.The author will try to explore the possibility of combining inheritance and utilization,and seek strategies to balance history and development on the basis of preserving the landscape pattern,historical authenticity,regional cultural characteristics,and authenticity of the old site itself in Yan'an.Under the background,the inheritance and utilization of the anti-Da historical area in the Erdao Street area of Yan'an,and as far as possible,the demonstration of the inheritance and use of the revolutionary old sites in other cities in China.
