Research On The Design Of Tang Cultural Theme Sculpture In Xi’an Urban Street Space

Xi’an is the starting point of the Silk Road.It has a strong flavor of Tang culture.How to apply Tang culture to urban street space with modern art and promote it is the main purpose of this article.As a medium connecting urban space,streets have witnessed how a city goes from prosperity to decay to rise.Against this background of commercialized and popular streets,the author mainly explores how street sculptures,while being friendly with street space,show the history and culture of Xi’an streets and form personalized streets that are different from other streets.Based on literature review,this article first sorts out related theories of urban street sculpture,urban street,and Tang cultural elements.Secondly,the practice survey method and comparative analysis of the sculptures in different street space forms are used to combine the resulting sense of space enclosure with the D / H relationship in architecture to explore the sculptures in the street space for subsequent project design.The grasp of scale provides research methods.Use the principle of spatial sequence to analyze the division of sculpture in street space,and study and solve the layout design of sculpture in street space in subsequent topics.Third,a case study of the culture,modeling,and color design of Tang cultural sculpture is conducted through practical investigation.Using semiotics to analyze Tang cultural elements and their characteristics,to provide elemental symbolic materials for subsequent Tang Dynasty cultural themed sculpture designs,to make them reappear.Finally,based on the design principles derived from the research and analysis,the street space environment in the actual subject is thoroughly investigated,and the street sculpture is provided with a design method to achieve the combination of streets with traditional culture by modern art and inherit and promote the The role ofstreet history and culture.The purpose is to explore how sculpture in the urban street space allows art to enter the living environment and integrate culture into the living environment to achieve the effect of cultural transmission,which reflects the multi-angle,multi-layer,and pluralistic characteristics of art.It is hoped that through the research of this subject,it will make a certain practical reference for promoting the history and culture of urban streets with the design method of modern art.
