With the rapid progress of industrialization and urbanization in China,the shortage of land resources has gradually come to the fore,and has become a bottleneck limiting the sustainable development of China’s economy and society.At present,the proportion of industrial land in China’s land use structure is large and expanding,which is the main reason why a large amount of high-quality arable land has been occupied.The industrial land has been expanded in a disorderly manner,resulting in lower output efficiency and disproportionate urban land structure.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to optimize the industrial spatial layout by reasonably analyzing the performance of industrial land,in order to improve the economic carrying capacity of urban land and realize a conservation-oriented society.This paper firstly defines the concepts and connotations of industrial space,spatial performance and spatial layout,and sorts out the relationship between spatial performance and spatial layout;based on industrial location theory,land rent competition theory,cost-benefit theory and diminishing land reward theory,the influencing factors of industrial spatial performance are analyzed.On the basis of this,a multi-level and diversified performance evaluation index system is constructed based on land,capital,labor and land volume ratio,and a data envelopment analysis(DEA)model is optimized as the evaluation method of industrial space performance.On this basis,Changchun City is used as the empirical evidence to summarize the realistic basis of industrial land development in Changchun City,evaluate the performance of industrial land in Changchun City,analyze the main problems of industrial spatial layout in Changchun City and its formation mechanism;propose the optimization path of industrial space in Changchun City from three perspectives:scale control of industrial land,spatial layout adjustment and policy guidance of industrial development.The main conclusions of this paper are:1.There is a static and dynamic relationship between industrial spatial layout and spatial performance.Changes in industrial spatial distribution will bring about changes in spatial performance of cities or local areas,and the analysis of spatial layout helps to form development strategies for improving spatial performance.The quantitative study of industrial spatial layout actually reveals the functions and resource allocation utility level behind the spatial layout pattern.2.From the two dimensions of "land use and land use",we establish a comprehensive evaluation index system consisting of the inputs of land,capital,labor,land volume ratio and economic and ecological output indicators to evaluate the performance of industrial space in multiple dimensions and optimize the industrial spatial layout.The optimization path for industrial space can be proposed from two aspects: industrial space scale and industrial space layout.3.The industrial space of Changchun city shows the characteristics of large scale and small form of the overall industrial space,the overall layout is relatively scattered,the spatial agglomeration is insufficient,the city development lacks vitality,and there are also large differences among the industrial industries,most of which are under agglomeration and discrete distribution.4.Using DEA method evaluation,it is found that the overall industrial performance of Changchun city shows fluctuation,and there is variability in performance among major industrial industries,mainly because the economic growth among industrial enterprises relies excessively on scale growth and differentiates spatial performance,leading to the gradual outward spreading of industrial space.By improving the degree of industrial spatial agglomeration in each cluster,we focus on promoting the development of the central city to the southwest and northeast as the core of the axial expansion belt,and then optimize the industrial spatial layout of Changchun.
