Evaluation Research Of The Usage Of Village Public Centers In Yangling

The As of 2016,the construction of public centers in most villages in Yangling has been basically completed and has been put into use,but the use of public centers in villages is not efficient,and a large amount of idle space has emerged.As the core public space of the village,it cannot meet the villagers actual demand.Therefore,in order to ensure the quality and effect of the village public center construction,and at the same time to provide a reference for the planning and construction of the beautiful rural upgrading project and the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,it is necessary to effectively evaluate the use of the village public center.The study takes Wangshang Village and Jiangyuan Villag in Yangling as examples.Based on a systematic review of village public space research and assessment of the use of the built environment,it constructs an evaluation system logic.Combining with the construction characteristics and use of village public centers in Yangling,the preliminary assessment should be made.Factors considered,define the evaluation paradigm of village public center in Yangling from the four aspects of evaluation object,evaluation subject,evaluation content,and evaluation criteria;based on understanding the current situation of Yangling village public center,the location of facilities,and the characteristics of the configuration and layout of the village public center,combined with the public Location theory of service facilities,spatial analysis theory,andfrequency of villagers’ use.Construct an evaluation system for the use of village public centers in Yangling,which mainly includes the analysis of the space layout of village public centers,evaluation of villagers’ satisfaction,analysis of environmental behavior and use frequency,and survey and analysis of villagers’ needs.The administrative villages of the entire Yangling are divided into two types of centralized and decentralized according to the spatial distribution characteristics of the village group.Representative Jiangyuan Village and Wangshang Village are selected to carry out the evaluation of the use of village public centers.The result of Wangshang Village’s satisfaction score is generally satisfactory;the village public center is within a service radius of 500m(acceptable travel distance of the villagers),and public services do not cover the whole village;the facilities are relatively complete,but there are more in the scale of allocation The problem is that it can not meet the diversity needs of villagers’ public life;the use of village public centers shows a certain spatial and temporal composite,but the overall composite utilization rate is low.The satisfaction score of the village public center in Jiangyuan Village is generally satisfactory;within the service radius of 500m(acceptable travel distance of the villagers),the village public center can cover the whole village,but some services overlap.The facility configuration is relatively complete,but the scale of the configuration is excessive,resulting in a lot of idle space;the use of the village public center shows a certain degree of composite in space and time,but the overall composite utilization rate is low.Based on the evaluation conclusions of the village public centers in two cases,the common problems in the use of the village public centers in Wangshang and Jiangyuan villages were explored,and the following problems were found in the use of village public centers in Yangling: Decentralized village public centers are relatively single and serve Insufficient coverage rate;inadequate facility configuration and low space composite utilization rate;poor suitability of space for rural life;lack of later management operations.The research on the use of village public centers in Yangling found that the current situation of village public centers not only has incomplete facilities and cannot support the diversity of public activities,but also has facilities thatare well-configured,but it also brings a lot of idle space.There is an objective "contradiction" between the two.The study found that the village’s public center construction process should consider the actual population and development needs of the village,improve the village’s economic vitality and ecological environment construction,and enable the virtuous circulation of public service allocation.The purpose is not only to facilitate the use of villagers but also to conserve space.The strategy of compound utilization of village public center in space and time is mainly proposed.
