environment by planning managers and local residents,on the one hand,blindly expanding urban spaces have not been adapted to the regional environment;on the other hand,the spatial layout characteristics that have been adapted to the regional environment over the centuries are characterized by The tide of urbanization is gradually drowned,and the sense of belonging and regional pride of local residents is gradually disappearing.How to ensure that the urban construction is carried out on the basis of the characteristics of the regional spatial layout are not buried,how to make two mountains and two rivers in the valley area,with a mild climate,abundant water resources,and windy autumn and winter winds.The cultural aspect is centered on the Salar religious culture,relying on
